Open 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-7pm on Fridays. We are also open at weekends, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
You will be appointed a dedicated main conveyancer when you instruct us to proceed with your transaction. They work within a team of skilled and experienced Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers and Solicitors that are experts in this field.
If your move falls through completely, for any reason whatsoever, you won’t be charged the lawyer’s fee.
You will receive regular status updates from your conveyancer via email, SMS, phone call or letter, whichever you prefer.
As part of our conveyancing service, we offer a search guarantee. This means that in the unlikely event that your purchase does not proceed to exchange of contracts, your next set of standard searches will be supplied FREE of charge. Full terms will be sent with your starter pack.
